Gold and platinum
Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft toothbrush. Dry with a lint-free cloth.

Sterling silver
Wear it often: skin keeps it bright. Store it in the pouch, away from air, to slow tarnish.

Pearls and soft stones
Put them on last and take them off first. Wipe after wearing, never soak.

How to send it in
Three steps, fully insured

Tell us
Email the studio with a photo and what needs doing. We reply the same day.

Post it
We send a prepaid, insured label. Pack it in the pouch it came in.

Get it back
Most repairs are back with you in 7–10 days, cleaned and polished.
FAQ
Common questions
Can every ring be resized?
Most can. Full eternity bands and some patterned bands can’t be, so we remake them at cost instead.
Will polishing remove the hallmark?
No. Stamps are deep and we polish around them. They’ll outlast us.
Do you repair pieces you didn’t make?
Yes. We quote first and only start once you say yes.
How long does a repair take?
Seven to ten days from arrival, or while you wait for small jobs at the studio.
